Obama Lang Syne!

We raise a toast to the outgoing 44th President of the United States with some of Barack Obama’s greatest LGBTQ hits! Meanwhile, departing Attorney General Loretta Lynch reminds us that “Yes we STILL can!”

And in NewsWrap: Israel’s top justices refuse to court civil marriage equality; support for equality advances in Peru, Portugal and Germany; Tory MPs block LGBT-inclusive British sex ed; a Chinese trans-man wins a landmark wrongful job dismissal lawsuit, and more international LGBT news reported this week by Carole Meyers and Christopher Gaal (produced by Steve Pride, written by Greg Gordon).

Older shows are archived at Radio4All (Show them some love!)

This Way Out was funded this week by the Kicking Assets Fund of the Tides Foundation, the Yavanna Foundation, the estate of Christopher David Trentham, and by our generous listeners. Donate today to help support our work -- and the free distribution of the show to non-commercial radio stations -- at thiswayout.org.
